Finding a family-friendly society for our 3BHK?

Visited SVS Wellington 2 and Cosmos Shivalik Homes this Saturday. We need a 3BHK for the kids, and my wife's priority is a safe, family-friendly society. SVS felt a bit more lived-in, but Cosmos had better amenities for children. What's the real society vibe and actual usage of amenities like in both projects? Which would you pick for a young family?

SVS Wellington 2 ka 'lived-in' feel acha hai. Par maintenance aur society management kaisa hai?

Totally agree with U1. 'Lived-in' sometimes means old problems. Cosmos ka builder

Haan bhai, SVS ka maintenance theek hai but thoda high side pe hai for a 2018 project. Par security achi hai.
