Finding a reliable broker in Gurugram for a family home is tougher than I thought.
Getting a straight answer from brokers in Gurugram feels impossible sometimes, honestly. We're looking to upgrade to a 3BHK near Sector 84, maybe an Anant Raj project, for the kids' school admissions next year. My wife's priority is a safe neighborhood, and I want a good deal, not just what the broker pushes. They always say they'll get us the best price, but then add on some 'special charges' later, especially around stamp duty. Is it better to deal directly with builders for a spot discount, ya brokers can actually pull off a better negotiation on the actual property price, say for a 2.5 Cr flat? Not sure if their commission eats into our potential savings. Has anyone tried both and seen a big difference? Kya experience raha aapka, especially around Dwarka Expressway projects?

Totally feel your pain, bhai! Gurugram mein toh har koi apna cut nikalne mein laga hai. Hum bhi Anant Raj projects dekh rahe hain Dwarka Expressway ke paas, but brokers bas ek hi project push karte rehte hain. Kabhi lagta hai seedha builder se deal kar lo, kya pata zyada discount mil jaaye? Is it really possible to get a better deal directly, ya brokers ke paas actual connections hote hain?
