Finding genuinely 'liveable' luxury flats is harder than it seems

Our kids have moved out, so I'm selling our big house for something manageable, low maintenance. Unitech Exquisite (COMPLETED) is on my radar. It's pricey, but I need to know if it's genuinely good for daily living, or just on paper. What's the community vibe like? Are actual maintenance charges reasonable? And how's proximity to hospitals for emergencies? Any honest opinions would help a lot.
