Our kids have moved out, so I'm selling our big house for something manageable, low maintenance. Unitech Exquisite (COMPLETED) is on my radar. It's pricey, but I need to know if it's genuinely good for daily living, or just on paper. What's the community vibe like? Are actual maintenance charges reasonable?
