Since last year, I'm just fed up of renting; the EMI vs rent math makes no sense anymore. I'm finally taking the plunge in Ghaziabad. Been looking at Raj Nagar Extension and Siddhartha Vihar, but prices for 2BHKs are touching ₹70L-₹80L, even for ready units. Honestly, I'm trying to find some real price correction zones or underpriced assets for investment. Is the secondary market in places like Pilkhuwa actually better for negotiation than new projects? Or is it just a myth? Trying to maximize deal value here.
