Finding real value in Noida needs serious digging

₹75L for a 2BHK near Sector 137 seems high. Fed up of renting, but want value. Are there any genuine price correction zones in Noida, maybe around Omicron I? Or is it better to go direct to Shrivinayaka Realtech than through brokers? Not sure about spot discounts.

Haan bhai, Sector 137 mein 75L for 2BHK is definitely on the higher side. Mera friend bhi dekh raha tha udhar, usko bhi yahi feel hua. Price correction toh honi chahiye yaar.

Totally agree with U1. Isse achha toh Greater Noida West mein mil jaayega. Even Alpha II mein bhi options hain thode kam budget mein.
