Since early this year, I've been eyeing properties in Chandigarh from Dubai. Brokers are quoting high in Sector 37 and New Chandigarh. Manohar Singh and Company ke projects mein price correction ka kitna scope hai? Is it possible to find real value with current prices?

Instead of focusing solely on Chandigarh, why not look at Zirakpur or Mohali? Thoda commute badhega but definitely better value for money mil jayega. New Chandigarh toh abhi bhi developing hai, infrastructure mein time lagega, aur prices already high hain.
U13, traffic toh hota hai peak hours mein, but it's manageable. New Chandigarh ka potential hai, but it's a very long-term bet, like 10-15 years. Immediate appreciation aur rental yield ke liye Mohali better hai. Plus, Manimajra mein bhi options dekh sakte ho, thoda old area hai but established.
But Zirakpur ya Mohali mein traffic ka issue nahi hota kya? Especially agar Chandigarh mein office ho. And investment perspective se New Chandigarh ka potential zyada nahi hai kya long term?
Totally agree with U5! Mohali mein Mullanpur Garibdass ke aas paas bhi achhe options mil jaate hain. Plus, connectivity bhi improve ho rahi hai. Value for money definitely better hai.

U10, haan RERA pe complaints hain. Search karo 'Manohar Singh & Co. RERA' you'll find a few, mostly about delay in possession and amenities not delivered as promised. Commercial plots mein bhi same risk hai, be very careful.

Chandigarh ka market abhi bohot inflated hai, especially New Chandigarh. NRI demand hai isliye builders bhi faayda utha rahe hain. Genuine value milna mushkil hai, unless you find a distress sale, jo bahut rare hai.
