I'm really confused between resale and new projects. Kya secondary market mein actually better deals milte hain, ya builders new launches pe bhi discounts dete hain?
Haan, bilkul. Secondary market mein you can definitely negotiate more. Builders ke paas toh inventory pressure hota hai but often they don't show it. Individual sellers sometimes just want to exit
