First 2BHK hunt, Srikrupa Layout gave me whiplash

Visited Srikrupa Layout. Everyone talks its potential, but prices feel unjustified for the traffic. Are people paying 1.2 Cr+ for a 2BHK, stuck for hours? Change my mind.

Totally agree with the OP! Srikrupa Layout ka hype samajh nahi aa raha. I visited a project there last month, builder was quoting 1.3 Cr for a 2BHK and saying 'potential for 2 Cr in 3 years'. Bhai, uss traffic mein 3 saal kya, 3 ghante nikalna mushkil hai. Plus, infrastructure looks so patchy. Are we just supposed to believe the builder's word for future appreciation? My budget is tight, so every penny counts.
