Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. I'm looking at 3BHK options in the Affordable Homes corridor, budget is around ₹1.2 Cr. Was really keen on one project there, builder ne brochure mein kuch aur dikhaya tha but site visit pe pata chala floor plan is totally different. Hidden charges bhi bata rahe hain ab. It's so frustrating. Has anyone bought a 3BHK recently in this range in Affordable Homes? Which projects should I actually check out for a good deal? My parents keep saying check builder's OC record, but honestly not sure how to verify all that stuff easily. Koi genuine advice dega please?

Bhai, your situation is so relatable! Builders ka toh yahi rehta hai, brochure mein heaven dikhayenge, site pe reality kuch aur hoti hai. Hidden charges toh ab normal ho gaya hai. Hum bhi first-time buyer hain, samajh hi nahi aa raha kahan se shuru karein.
