₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in Gurugram feels like a lot for my first place. I've been checking out Smartworld The Edition, and it looks good on paper, but I'm honestly nervous about the daily grind. My main worry is water supply. Are we talking reliable municipal water or constant tanker dependency? Seriously, is the tank capacity enough, or will I be stressing about it daily? Also, how are the elevators? Are they quick and well-maintained, or do they break down a lot? Just trying to figure out the actual living experience.

The original poster's concerns about daily living are very real. Smartworld The Edition might look fancy on brochures, but water pressure, frequent elevator breakdowns, and general maintenance issues can make life hell. I've seen it happen in a few projects in the Baliawas area. Plus, with 956 units, common facilities will be under immense pressure. It's good to consider all angles, not just the glossy pictures. But first, clarify your budget and the actual price, that's the biggest disconnect here.
Before you commit, check the builder's past projects. Talk to residents there about maintenance and utility issues. It's the best way to gauge what you're getting into.
So, what's your plan now, OP? Still considering this project after all this info?
2031 ki possession date? That's almost 7 saal away! Itne mein toh market conditions kitni baar badal jaati hain. What's the point of blocking funds for so long? Gurugram ka market toh abhi waise hi high pe hai, kya yeh prices sustain honge?
Bilkul sahi kaha. Gurugram mein prices peak par hain, especially near the Airport Road side. Builders launch projects at insane rates assuming growth, but who knows what 2031 holds? Better to look at projects closer to completion ya fir re-sale options, agar budget 1.5 Cr ke aas paas hai.
Haan U5, RERA registered hai yeh project. RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/756/488/2023/100 ye hai iska number. Aur U7, current market conditions mein Gurugram bahut volatile hai. Jab tak possession milega, kya pata kitne aur projects aa jayenge. 5.7 Cr – 7.5 Cr for a project with 2031 possession is a huge risk, especially for a first-time buyer like us. I'd say re-evaluate.
Yaar, water supply ka issue toh Gurugram mein common hai. Main Badshahpur side reh raha hu temporary, aur yahan bhi tanker mafia ka raj chalta hai. Smartworld The Edition ke liye bhi yahi scenario ho sakta hai, considering the area. Uska actual price range is 5.7 Cr - 7.5 Cr. 1.5 Cr mein toh aaj kal 1BHK bhi mushkil se milta hai GGN mein, 3BHK toh impossible. Builder ki website pe check kiya tha, 956 units hain. So, pressure toh rahega utility pe.
Yeah, price difference is shocking. Aur possession date bhi 2031 hai! Itna lamba wait, uff.
OMG, 5.7 Cr? Mera toh budget hi hil gaya sunke. Is it even RERA registered? Koi RERA number confirm kar sakta hai kya? Badi confusion ho rahi hai.
Water supply aur elevators ki tension toh valid hai, especially for a new project. But sabse pehle toh price check karo yaar, U2 is right. And given it's ongoing, builders often drag their feet. Kya inka track record theek hai Gurugram mein?
1.5 crore for 3BHK in Smartworld The Edition? Bhai, kuch galat info mil gayi hai aapko. Us project ka price range toh 5.7 Cr se 7.5 Cr hai as far as I know. First-time buyer ho toh yeh difference bahut bada hai!
