First few months in Block E, Sector 18 – need resident insights

₹78 lakh for my 2BHK in Block E, Sector 18 — honestly, still wondering if I paid too much. Just moved in last month, and day-to-day life is a mix. Traffic here during peak hours is a nightmare, especially near the main road. Is this normal, ya better ho jayega? Also, water supply ka kya scene hai long-term? Abhi toh theek hai, but summer mein borewell pe kitna depend karna padega? Koi hidden costs ya issues hain jo I should know about? Neighbors, any gyaan on daily living here?
