First flat hunt: Challenging 'fixed' builder prices
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Gurgaon. Everyone says builders like AVL Infrastructure in Dundahera have fixed prices, but I don't buy it. Is it really true ki negotiation zero hota hai? I feel like people just don't push hard enough. Honestly, I think most first-time buyers just accept the first quote out of fear. There has to be some room, right? Change my mind, but I'm convinced there's always a way to get a better deal, even for new launches.

Totally agree! Builders make us feel like it's a take-it-or-leave-it deal, but I've heard stories. Especially for first-time buyers, they exploit the lack of knowledge and push us into accepting the first quote. I'm looking specifically for a 2BHK near Airport Road, and the prices there are just insane. Any practical tips on how to actually start the negotiation without sounding desperate or getting brushed off immediately?
Bhai, negotiation ke liye sabse pehle toh market research karo
