Since January, I've been shortlisting flats in Frazer Town. Keya Homes mein ek project dekha hai. Construction-linked payment plans kaafi risky lag rahe. Kya lump sum down payment better hai? Pre-launch offers mein asli discount milta hai ya bas hype hai?

Bhai, Keya Homes? Frazer Town mein? Thoda research kar lo pehle. Construction-linked plans are always a headache, especially with smaller builders. Main toh kahunga lump sum is safer if you can manage it, but it ties up all your capital. Pre-launch offers are mostly marketing gimmick, don't fall for the 'limited time' pressure.
