Just got my 2BHK in Sector 137. Ab soch raha hoon, Noida mein property ka peak aa gaya kya? Jewar Airport ka hype kitna true hai? Should I hold 5 years or sell sooner for ROI?

Peak? Haha! It's never peak in India. Is your project near the expressway?
Peak nahi aaya hai abhi. Infra projects like Jewar take time. My uncle bought in Alpha II a decade ago, and now it's giving good returns. Long term socho.
Bhai, 137 is a good choice for end-use. ROI ke liye, patience rakho. Jewar airport ka direct impact Greater Noida South pe zyada hoga, not immediate Noida sectors.
