Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 24C. Builders try to rush the legal verification, saying 'sab clear hai'. But honestly, just checking RERA is enough? What about title search, encumbrance certificate? I feel like this is where first-time buyers get trapped. What else should I check beyond what they show? Change my mind if I'm wrong.
