First Gurgaon investment: high maintenance, big question

Honestly, I thought investing in Gurgaon was just about location. Looking at Laburnum Victory Floors 88A, maintenance charges seem high. Does high maintenance really affect resale value ya tenant attraction? Agar construction quality okay-okay hai, toh kya future mein repair cost zyada hogi? Investor ke liye kitna important hai yeh?
