First Gurugram property: Is market peaking or more to come?
Dwarka Expressway — people keep talking about this corridor for future growth. I'm looking at my first property purchase in Gurugram, budget 1.5-2 Cr. My parents keep saying market peak ho gaya hai, but the news about Dwarka Expressway completion and Global City seems promising. I'm confused if it's still a good time to buy. I saw some 2BHKs by Signature Global and Godrej in Sectors 102-108, around 1.3-1.8 Cr. Honestly, I'm not sure if these infra projects like DMIC and SPR Extension will actually push prices up further, ya appreciation already factored in hai. Should I wait for a bit, considering the current high prices, or abhi jump kar lena chahiye? What do you guys think about Gurugram's potential for the next 3-5 years? Especially in these Dwarka Expressway sectors.
