Honestly, I work in real estate, but even I feel completely helpless with this Badarpur situation. Builders promised great drainage, but first heavy baarish and my ground floor flat was almost underwater. Puri society ka yahi haal tha. They showed us fancy plans, but ground reality alag hai. Is anyone else facing this issue near Badarpur border? What did you guys do?

Oh my god, this is my biggest fear! I was just about to finalize a flat in a new project near Badarpur, the builder was showing us videos of their 'superior' drainage system. Meri toh phat gayi sunke. Which project are you talking about, bhai? Is it one of the newer ones?
Haan bhai, same issue. Builder ka naam mat poocho, sab ek jaise hain. Mera toh 'Green Residency' hai, same haal. Ground floor living is a nightmare now.
