First home, Ghaziabad water issues are a nightmare

Okay I'll say what no one says: Ghaziabad's new projects talk big about amenities, but water supply is usually a joke. At Kailash Avenue, it's tanker dependency, not reliable municipal lines. Same with power backup, often just common areas. My parents keep saying it's a basic need. Change my mind.
