Southern Peripheral Road keeps coming up every time I shortlist something for my first home. I'm 28 and honestly a bit overwhelmed. Everyone says it was the 'next big thing', but has that ship sailed already? I'm wondering if it's still undervalued or if prices have peaked. Specifically looking at sectors like 70 or 75 – are these still good entry points for a 2BHK? My parents keep saying 'Gurugram mein sab mehnga ho gaya hai', making me doubt the ROI. Any ground reality checks on current value and future growth prospects would really help.
