First home hunt in Delhi is a maze

My lease ends in 3 months and I'm totally lost on property shortlisting. Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – ab samajh nahi aa raha kahan se start karoon. I'm eyeing Sector 25 Dwarka, wahan Sk Builders And Developers ke projects dekhe hain, but honestly, first property hai toh darr lag raha hai. Kya cheezein dekhni chahiye jab properties shortlist karte hain? Matlab, location ke alawa aur kya important hai? Also, property price ke upar kitna extra budget rakhna padta hai for stamp duty, registration, interiors? Everyone says there are hidden costs but kitne exactly? Has anyone faced similar confusion while buying their first home in Delhi?
