First home hunt in Gurugram is confusing

Visited projects on Golf Course Ext Road last Saturday, including M3M and Godrej. So confused about builder reputation. My parents keep saying to check delivery timelines and actual construction quality. How are DLF or Emaar with customer support post-booking? Honestly not sure who to trust for my first home.
