Post-possession maintenance charges are a huge worry for me, honestly. I'm looking at Pushpak Society by Reputed Builder and also Paradise Enclave. My parents keep saying builders initially charge high, then service drops. What's the scene with these two, especially after 2-3 saal? Do they hand over RWA control ya builder hi manage karta rehta hai? Construction quality mein koi major issues toh nahi aate baad mein?
