First home in Gurgaon: Broker confusion

Since January I'm checking flats in Sector 74, Pankaj Homes. Brokers are pushing hard. Direct builder se baat karu ya in pe trust? Negotiation ka kya scene rehta hai Gurugram mein? Aapka kya experience hai?

Bhai, Pankaj Homes Sector 74 mein? Be careful yaar. My friend almost got stuck with a project there through a broker, the guy was just pushing for his commission. Direct builder se baat karna hamesha better rehta hai, you get transparency on pricing and payment plans. Brokers often hide charges and play games with inventory. Especially in Gurugram, where the market is so dynamic, you need to be super vigilant. Don't trust anyone blindly.
