First home in Gurgaon: Hidden costs stressing me out

Been looking for 6 months now for my first 2BHK in Gurgaon, maybe Godrej in Sector 74. Honestly, not sure about under-construction projects, delivery ka risk kitna hota hai? But mera biggest confusion hai ki property price ke alawa aur kitna budget rakhna padta hai? Stamp duty, registration, interiors, misc. costs... kitna extra lag jaata hai? Kisi ka experience hai? Ab samajh nahi aa raha.

Oh god, this is so relatable! I'm looking at a 2BHK near Badshahpur and the property price looks decent, but then the agent casually drops 'other charges' and my heart sinks. Kitna extra estimate karein yaar? I heard 10-12% but some say it's more.

U1, Badshahpur side the charges might be slightly different than main Gurgaon. But generally, expect 8-10% for stamp duty and registration alone. Plus legal fees, society
