₹2.3 Cr vs ₹6.3 Cr — trying to make sense of Gurgaon property prices. I'm looking at Paramount CBS Exclusive Floors, which is completed, around ₹2.3-2.4 Cr. Then there's Smartworld One DXP Phase 2, ongoing, but the price tag is ₹6.3 Cr, honestly feels like a different league. My parents keep saying ready-to-move is safer, less risk with possession delays, but is Smartworld DXP Phase 2 worth the wait for better appreciation? Also, what about the total cost of ownership difference beyond just the base price, like PLC or interiors? Not sure if the higher initial outlay for Smartworld makes sense for a first home.
