First home in Gyan Khand: Hidden costs darr lag raha hai
₹78 lakh for a 2BHK in Gyan Khand. Manchanda & Manchanda Builders ka project dekha hai, accha laga. But all-in cost ka tension ho raha hai. Sales guy ne bas property price bataya. Stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, yeh sab kitna add ho jaata hai? My budget is tight, so I'm scared of hidden charges. Kya last minute mein builder kuch naye costs daal dete hain? Any experience with this in Ghaziabad? Not sure if I'm missing something big.

Bhai, Gyan Khand mein ₹78 lakh for 2BHK is a bit high, especially with hidden costs. Have you compared with nearby areas like Ahinsa Khand? Wahan shayad thode better deals mil jayenge.
