First home in Pune: hidden costs and quality worries

Rent for my Baner 2BHK just crossed ₹28k, fed up. Logipark Pristine O2 World Part 4 dekh raha tha. Everyone glorifies amenities, but actual construction quality after 2-3 years? Aur hidden charges ka kya? Builder log toh chup rehte hai. Change my mind.

Bhai, your frustration is totally valid. 28k rent for a 2BHK in Baner is insane, I'm facing similar issues in Wakad. But Logipark Pristine O2 World Part 4? Is this builder even known? Pehle naam nahi suna maine.

Exactly! I tried looking them up on RERA, Logipark Warehousing Llp ke naam pe koi residential project listed hi nahi hai. Sirf warehousing projects dikh rahe hain. Bahut risky lag raha hai.
