First home in Rajkot: Is the market peaking?

7 years of renting in Rajkot, and honestly, I'm done. Landlord just hiked rent again, so I'm finally looking to buy, maybe a 2BHK around Kalawad Road or 150 Feet Ring Road. My budget's around ₹60-70L. But is now even a good time? With AIIMS and Airport operational, prices feel high. Will they go up more with the Ring Road expansion, or has the market peaked already? Really need opinions on this timing.
