First home in Rajkot: where do I even begin?
What's the best way to start shortlisting properties in Rajkot? I'm a first-time buyer, honestly kinda overwhelmed. My budget is around 60-70L for a 2BHK. I've looked at a few places in Krishna Kunj but don't know if I'm missing something crucial. Should I focus on specific builders like Ansal API first, or just areas? My parents keep saying location is everything, but it's hard to compare. What did you guys do when you first started?
