₹8.93 Cr for a floor in Palm Floor DLF Phase 3? Honestly, I'm finding it hard to justify that price for what it actually offers *now*. Everyone glorifies DLF's brand, but nobody talks about the actual daily living experience there. My parents keep saying DLF ka naam hai, but I'm worried about the community vibe. Is it genuinely friendly ya bas sab apne mein rehte hain? Not sure if the amenities are still top-notch ya bas brochure mein achhe lagte hain. Schools nearby, are they actually good ya just expensive for the name? Commute to Cyber Hub, does it get too jammed from there? I'm looking for a proper home, not just an address. Ab samajh nahi aa raha if it's truly worth it for a first-time buyer like me. Change my mind.

Totally get your point! ₹8.93 Cr is a huge amount for a 'floor'. DLF ka naam hai but practical issues like community and daily commute are real. Especially for a first-time buyer, this kind of investment needs to be rock solid. I've heard mixed reviews about older DLF properties, maintenance can be a headache.

Exactly what you said! My uncle lives in an older DLF property in Phase 4, and maintenance charges are through the roof, and facilities are not always up
