Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Noida Extension and Sector 150. Builders like Gaursons have projects there. Honestly, I'm kaafi confused about RERA registration. How do you guys actually verify if a project is fully RERA compliant? Aur builder-buyer agreement mein kya red flags dekhne chahiye? Lagta hai bahut clauses sirf builder ke favour mein hote hain. Mera budget 80L ke aas-paas hai, 2BHK ke liye, aur end-user hoon. Agar project delay ho gaya, RERA complaint kitni effective hai? Any advice on how to protect myself legally?
