First home jitters: Ghaziabad property confusion
Are the 'all-inclusive' prices for under-construction projects ever actually all-inclusive? I'm looking at Civil Lines, Ghaziabad, and the advertised price is way higher than Kailash Avenue, which is ready. My parents keep saying to go for ready-to-move to avoid hidden costs and builder delays, and honestly, I'm leaning that way. But Civil Lines looks good on paper for future appreciation, maybe? What's the real total cost of ownership there, after all the PLC, stamp duty, and interiors? Also, for Kailash Avenue residents, how's the RWA? Heard some stories about maintenance issues and unexpected charges post-possession. Don't want to get stuck with a bad society vibe after finally buying. Any advice on which one's a better long-term bet for an end-user?
