First home jitters in Gurugram

Since last year I've been looking at properties in Gurugram. Raheja Krishna Housing Scheme is ready, feels safer. Clarion Group's The Legend also caught my eye, but I'm unsure about its possession status or builder trust. For a first-time buyer, should I stick with ready projects? What's your take?

Definitely go for ready projects, bhai. My friend got stuck with an under-construction one for 5 years in another city. Possession ka koi bharosa nahi hota. Budget bhi
