Okay I'll be honest — parking allocation at Sattva Lake Ridge has me totally confused. I'm looking at a 2BHK there, and the sales team just vaguely said 'one parking'. But what about a second car? Is it lottery-based or reserved? My parents keep saying this is a huge headache later. Not sure if builders charge extra for a second slot, or if it's even available. Anyone living there or in similar Hyderabad projects, how did you manage this? Any specific clauses to check in the agreement? Don't want a daily parking nightmare.

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head. My cousin booked in a project near Ameerpet two years ago, and they promised 'ample parking'. End result? Only one slot allocated, and for the second car, they asked for a ridiculous 5 lakhs extra, *after* possession. It wasn't even in the initial agreement, just a casual mention. Totally relate! Builders always keep parking vague. This is my biggest fear too, especially for a second car. My parents are also warning me about this. It's like they intentionally create confusion to charge later.
