First home jitters: Sector 47, Noida - good idea?

Sector 47 mein property dekh raha hu, but honestly thoda confused hu. Has anyone living there faced major waterlogging issues during the monsoon? I heard some areas get really bad. Connectivity wise, how's the metro situation for daily commute to Delhi? My office is near Rajiv Chowk, and I'm trying to figure out the actual travel time, especially with the last-mile connectivity. Also, kya kisi ko pata hai about the resale value in 3-5 years? Investment potential wise, should I be looking elsewhere? My parents keep saying Noida is risky, ab samajh nahi aa raha. All suggestions welcome!
