First home jitters: water supply & backup at Sattva?

My lease ends in 3 months and I'm really trying to finalize a flat. Had almost decided on a 2BHK at Sattva Lake Ridge, but now I'm hearing so much about water issues in Hyderabad. Is tanker dependency common even in new projects like this? I'm worried about the water tank capacity and if it's reliable. My parents keep saying this is super important. Also, power backup ka kya scene hai wahan? Full flat backup ya just common areas? Honestly, I had no idea about these things until now. Any long-term residents' experiences at Sattva Lake Ridge?
