Visited Salarpuria Sattva's project near Begumpet last weekend. Builder ne bola construction-linked payment plan best hai, but honestly, my parents keep saying initial down payment se negotiation better hota hai. I'm looking at a 3BHK around ₹1.2 Cr. They also offered a small 'spot discount' if I book quickly. Not sure if that's real ya bas pressure tactic hai. Matlab, kitna push kar sakte hain for a first-time buyer like me? Which payment plan makes more sense, aur yeh spot discount mein kitna bargaining possible hai?
