First home ownership, ab reality check

Possession was just last month for my Suncity Vatsal Valley Independent Floors 1 flat, and kuch cheezein unexpected nikli. Builder ne jo finishings promise ki thi, woh thodi down lagi. Already kitchen tiles mein ek crack dikha, aur bathroom fittings bhi average hain. Not sure if yeh common hai ya I got unlucky. Plus, the clubhouse looks great but abhi tak itna use nahi ho raha, lagta hai bas showpiece hai. Maintenance charges toh full le rahe hain. Kya yeh sab normal hai for new projects? What's your experience?
