I thought buying my first home would be exciting, but honestly, it's just stressing me out. I'm looking at Bulland Group Suryodaya Towers in Greater Noida. The brochure showed ample parking, but I'm hearing stories about societies where getting a second parking spot is a nightmare. For those living there, what's the actual situation with parking allocation? Is it truly reserved, or do people struggle for space, especially with guests? Also, my parents keep saying to check water supply reliability. Is it mostly society water or are tankers a daily sight? Any insights on elevator quality and breakdown response times would be super helpful too. Just trying to avoid future headaches, ab samajh nahi aa raha kya dekhun.
