Noise ka toh pata nahi, but main Ambegaon mein ek Goel Ganga project dekhne gaya tha, wahan ventilation ka issue laga. Platinum B Building B mein bhi check karna padega ki cross-ventilation proper hai ya nahi for daily living.
Sahi baat hai, floor plan toh rendering mein achha lagta hai. Site visit pe jaake actual feel lena padega, especially for noise.
