First home search: The Imperial Ghaziabad thoughts?
Did a site visit to The Imperial Ghaziabad on Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. Completed project hai, toh possession ka tension nahi. My budget is around ₹1.2 Cr, so it's a stretch. First-time buyer hoon, thoda nervous. I'm wondering about the actual daily living experience. Jo amenities dikha rahe hain, like the pool and gym, are they useful and well-maintained? Neighborhood mein schools aur markets kitne paas hain? Commute to Noida kaisa hai? Society ka vibe kaisa hai? Friendly families hain ya isolated feel hota hai? Is it genuinely a good home for a young couple, ya sirf paper pe accha hai?

Noida commute is a big deal, especially during peak hours. Main bhi first-time buyer hoon, aur maine bhi pehle Ghaziabad mein Abhay Khand ke paas dekha tha. But daily office ke liye bahut time lagta hai, 1.5-2 hours easily. Weekend pe market aur schools toh mil jaate hain, par traffic kaafi hai.
Amenities ka jo aapne pucha, that's my main concern too. Pool aur gym dikhate hain, but 2020 se completed hai, toh maintenance kaisa hai ab? UPRERAPRJ6105 toh registered hai, but builder ke past reviews kaise hain, kisi ko idea hai? Kya ye amenities really usable hain ya bas show-off ke liye?
Is builder ka track record kuch khaas nahi hai. Just saying, research properly.
Bhai, amenities ka toh hit or miss hota hai. Mere friend ne Ahinsa Khand 1 mein liya tha, starting mein sab mast tha, but ab maintenance issues hain. Imperial ka pool suna hai theek hai, but gym ka equipment outdated ho gaya hai bola usne.

Dekho, 1.2 Cr Ghaziabad mein thoda stretch toh hai, especially for a first-timer. Noida commute ka bhi issue rahega. Project ki price range 1.2-1.8 Cr dikha raha hai, be careful of hidden costs and floor rise.
Haan yaar, completed project ka tension nahi hota. That's a huge plus for sure! At least delivery ki date extend hone ka dar nahi.
