Is the security system in Signature Global Proxima actually good, ya bas brochure mein high-tech dikhta hai? I visited recently, and they showed all these CCTVs and fancy visitor management. But real mein kitna effective hai? My parents keep saying security is super important for a new place, especially in Gurgaon. Has anyone living there seen how well the guards handle things, and is the CCTV monitoring proper? Also, parking ka scene kya hai? Is it a fair, allocated system or woh lottery-based nightmare jahaan gaadiyan kahin bhi park hoti hain? Honestly, I'm a first-time buyer aur yeh sab chhoti cheezein baad mein headache na ban jaayein. Kya bolte ho?

Sahi baat hai yaar, builders ka toh yahi rehta hai - brochure mein sab super high-tech dikhaenge, ground pe basic bhi mushkil se milta hai. Signature Global ka track record waise bhi mixed suna hai. Gurgaon mein security is no joke, especially with so many new projects.
U1, you're right. My brother lives in a society near Baharampur Naya, and their 'smart security' is just a few broken CCTVs now. It's all about maintenance and RWA involvement later, not just the builder's initial promise.
