First home stress: Sohna property questions

Honestly, I'm already quite stressed trying to figure out this whole property buying scene in Sohna. First home hai na, toh thoda nervous hoon. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr for a 2BHK, and Sohna seems promising, especially with the SPR connectivity. I've been looking at BLF Nature Valley. Has anyone here bought from BLF Developers? Sahi mein, unki construction quality kaisi hai? I've heard some stories about plaster cracks and seepage issues after possession, which sounds like a nightmare. Also, hidden charges ka kya scene hai? PLC, EDC, maintenance deposits, registry fees – do they spring up surprises at the end? Aur customer support after booking? Do they even pick up the phone if there's an issue? Any experiences would be super helpful, yaar. Not sure what to trust.
