First home tax savings in Bengaluru: Your insights?

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now trying to figure out tax benefits for my first home in Bengaluru. Looking at a 2BHK near Whitefield, maybe Prestige Group. My CA mentioned Section 24, 80C. Honestly, it's confusing. Are these benefits really worth it? Kitna savings hota hai? Any tax hacks people miss?

Yaar, same confusion here! My CA also mentioned 80C and Section 24 but it all sounds like rocket science.

Totally agree! It feels like a hidden syllabus. Har ek builder ka agent kuch aur bolta hai, CA kuch aur. End mein toh calculator lekar baithna padta hai.
