Pre-launch pricing is a total gamble in Noida Extension, I swear. I'm looking at a 2BHK around Dankaur, maybe Arrow Realtors pvt ltd ka project. They're showing me pre-launch prices for a 2BHK around ₹65L but I'm worried about hidden charges later. Is it actually cheaper to buy early, ya phir builder baad mein maintainence, PLC, parking sab add karke loot leta hai? My parents say always go for ready-to-move but then prices are already high. Should I trust a broker for better deals or go direct? Confused, yaar.
