Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 82, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, maybe on Golf Course Ext Road. Visited AVL 36 and Conscient Hines Elevate. On paper, both look great. But I'm really trying to dig into the actual construction quality post-possession. Are there common issues like seepage or bad finishing with either? Also, for Conscient, do their promised amenities actually get delivered or is it mostly just renders? Customer support after booking is a big one too. Hope someone has real-world insights, saves me future headaches.

Exactly! Sahi pakda. Zero projects? That's a huge red flag for a first-time buyer like me. Budget mein GCR par aur kaun se options hain jo reliable hain?
