First investment: Amarpali Silicon City is messing with my head.

₹80L for a 2BHK in Amarpali Silicon City. Can we actually negotiate, or do builders just add hidden PLC/OC charges later? Feels like a trap for investors. Change my mind.

Bhai, Amarpali? Silicon City? 80L for a 2BHK? Yaar, this builder ka track record bahut poor hai. Negotiation toh door ki baat, possession mil jaaye wahi badi baat. Be very careful, especially with their past projects. Bohot saare investors stuck hain wahan pe, sunne mein aaya hai.
