Since last year I've been eyeing Ambika Florence Park, Chandigarh. Project completed hai, so investor perspective se capital appreciation kaisa raha hai? Current pricing ₹1.15 Cr–₹3.41 Cr seems okay, but resale market kitna liquid hai? Matlab, agar 5 saal mein exit karna ho, toh buyer mil jayega easily? Builder ka track record kaisa hai overall, future projects ke liye bhi?

Bhai, 1.2 Cr for Chandigarh is high, especially for a first-time buyer. Liquidity is always an issue in this segment, don't expect miracles in 5 years.
