Raj Nagar Extension mein ek property dekh raha hoon, SCC Blossom by LandCraft Developers. My budget is around ₹70-80L for a 2BHK, investment ke liye. But RERA registration aur legal compliance check karna abhi tak samajh nahi aa raha. RERA website pe bas number dekhna kaafi hai kya? Aur builder ka legal track record kaise verify karte hain? Title verification ke steps kya hote hain, jo log aksar miss kar jaate hain? Please share your experiences, especially Ghaziabad-specific issues.
